payable to SUMMER JAZZ WORKSHOPS to the address indicated. Refunds are available for cancellation minus a $10
handling fee. Upon receipt of your application we'll send you a packet with details of what to expect, what
to bring, maps to the campus, etc. Advance registration is encouraged to ensure your space as registration at
the door may be limited. Participants are responsible for their own accommodations, meals, etc. These sessions
are great for educators!
